Problem summary
Dragging and dropping images from the OS file browser into the Node Graph will only create a maximum of 32 Read nodes.
Customer reported version
Nuke 12.2v3
Customer reported platform
macOS 10.15 (Catalina)
Steps to reproduce
1) First you will need at least 33 images saved inside one folder, so they can all be dragged & dropped at once. For example, these images can be jpegs rendered from Nuke.
2) Open Nuke.
3) In your OS file browser (ie. File Explorer on Windows, or Finder on macOS), navigate to the folder that contains your images.
4) Select all of the images, then drag and drop all of them into Nuke's Node Graph.
5) Press Alt+i inside the Node Graph, as this will display the total node count. Notice that Nuke will only ever create a maximum of 32 Read nodes at once, when dragging and dropping images from the OS file browser.
Expected behaviour
Nuke should create a new Read node for each image dropped from the OS file browser into the Node Graph.
Actual behaviour
Dragging and dropping images from the OS file browser into the Node Graph will only create a maximum of 32 Read nodes.
Workaround
Reading in the images from Nuke's File Browser does work as expected.
