An Items rotation channel is not updated when scrubbing the timeline.

Steps to reproduce

1) Download the attached scene file and open it in Modo.
2) Select the item and scrub through the timeline, notice that the Rotation Z field isn't updated when scrubbing.
Expected behaviour

The Rotation Z field should be updated when scrubbing through the timeline.

Actual behaviour
The field isn't updated.

Workaround

Deselect and reselect the item to see its current Rotation Z value.
