Problem summary:

Pie Menu does not dynamically forget items

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Example Project
2. Drag an item, such as Mari Material into your Menu Shelf
3. Rename this [1]
4. Hit [F9] over the canvas
5. Rename the same item [2]
6. Hit [F9] over the canvas
ETC

Expected behaviour:

Dynamically updating would be useful

Actual behaviour:

Does not forget

Workaround:

No known workaround.
