Steps to reproduce

1) In Nuke, copy/paste the following script:

set cut_paste_input [stack 0]
version 12.1 v1
push $cut_paste_input

Multiply {

2) View the VectorBlur node.


Expected behavior
The VectorBlur should appear without distortion or artifacts.


Actual behavior
The VectorBlur appears with distortion or artifacting when values are higher than 214.7.


Workaround
Values less than 214.7 do not produce the artifacting issue.
