Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and create a simple cube.

2) Right-click over the geometry while in the Modo layout and notice that the playblast option is available.
3) Go to the Animate layout and right-click while the mouse cursor is not over geometry and notice that the playblast option is available.

4) Right-click over the geometry and notice that the playblast option isn't shown.

Expected behaviour
Playblast should be available consistently in the context menu.

Actual behaviour

Playblast isn't shown in the context menu.
