Problem summary
When using a normal map that has a Gradient Input Parameter of Incidence and a Layer Effect of Far length applied, the Incidence direction is reversed.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene file.
2) Press F8 to open the Preview Render window.
3) Go to the Shader Tree and expand the Mesh_2 item.
4) Disable the Normal map and notice that the direction is reversed.
Expected behaviour
The direction should remain consistent.
Actual behaviour
The direction is reversed.
Workaround
Unknown.
