ID 466507 - To Premiere: Panels are sent in full resolution instead of being constrained to 1920 width

Follow

Problem summary
Panels are sent to Premiere in the original resolution their artwork was in, rather than being constrained to the chosen aspect ratio for the show. This causes the clips to be reframed by Premiere in a way that slightly crops the image. This cropping is not present with the sequence automatically generated by Flix.

Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.6

Steps to reproduce

1) In PS, select the same aspect ratio as you show's from the dropdown and click on New Template. For this example we will use 1.77 but the bug reproduces across all aspect ratios.

2) Draw something on the panel and send that to an empty Flix sequence revision via Current Image.

3) Publish this one panel Revision to Premiere then open in Photoshop the published file found in the assets folder.

Expected behaviour
The panel should be 1920x1080, not including the letterboxing.

Actual behaviour
The panel is 2000x1367, and the letterboxing is included.

Reproduced by support

This bug has been reproduced in:

6.3.6 - macOS 10.14 Client - CentOS 7 Server
6.3.4 - macOS 10.14 Client - CentOS 7 Server
6.2.2 - macOS 10.14 Client - CentOS 7 Server

Unable to reproduce bug in:

Earliest version tested
6.1.2 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed

The below gif shows a clip from 6.1.2 (first clip) and one from 6.3.6 (second clip) both added to a sequence I generated in Premiere.
