Problem summary

The Left, Right, and Lower viewport options don't work correctly when using a layout created from the Modo layout with "As Copy of Current Layout" option enabled.

Customer reported version
modo.14.2v2

Customer reported platform
windows10

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo and with the Modo layout selected go to Layout > New...
2) Set the name to "v2" and enable As Copy of Current Layout.
3) Inside of the new v2 layout press the Alt + Spacebar keys to bring up the Pie menu.

4) Select Left Viewport and notice that nothing really happens and a small border is added to the left side of the viewport.

5) Bring up the Pie menu again and this time select Right Viewport notice that a small strip of the viewport appears but it is uneditable.

6) Do the same steps and select Lower Viewport notice that this also doesn't work.

Expected behaviour

The newly created layout should work the same way the 'Modo' layout works when using the Pie menu.

Actual behaviour
The Left, Right and Lower viewport options don't work in the newly created viewport.

Workaround
