Problem summary
In some scenarios MeshFusion creates holes when creating a unified object.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene file.
2) Look around the mesh item and see that there are no holes or gaps.
3) Select the Fusion Item and then select Dup & Convert to Mesh.
4) Notice that holes are created in the resulting mesh item.
Expected behaviour
The object should be created with no holes.
Actual behaviour
Holes are created when converting the Fusion Item to a Mesh item.
Workaround
Unknown.
