Problem summary
Baking textures using a higher Bake UV Border Size results in fine details being destroyed in baked textures.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene file.
2) Select or replace the image present within the bake mat material item in the Shader Tree.
3) Select System > Preferences, go to the Final Rendering tab, and set Bake UV Border Size to 0.
4) Right-click the image, select Bake from Object to Texture, and check the results.
5) Go back to the Final Rendering tab and set the Bake UV Border Size to 3.
6) Right-click the image and select Bake from Object to Texture. Notice that the details are lost.
Expected behaviour
The fine details should be retained.
Actual behaviour
The fine details are lost.
