Problem summary
If a video clip is added to an Avid sequence with a mark in other than the start, in Flix its trim in will be 1 regardless, and its trim out will be incorrect. The total duration of the panel will be correct.
Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.5
Steps to reproduce
1) Create a one panel Sequence Revision in Flix and publish it to Avid.
2) In Avid, import a mov with a codec supported by Flix, for example Apple ProRes 422.
3) Add a Mark In several frames into the mov, for example on the 10th frame, and a mark out somewhere after that, for example on the 30th frame (so it's easier to visually tell once it's wrong in Flix). Now add this bit of mov into the timeline next to the panel that came from Flix.
4) Publish this back to Flix using Render All Frames.
Expected behaviour
Sequence Revision from Avid should contain one reconformed panel, and one animated ref with trim in at 10, and trim out at 30, for a total duration of 21 frames.
Actual behaviour
The animated ref's trim in is 1, and trim out is 21, for a total duration of 21 frames.
Reproduced by support

6.3.5 - macOS 10.14 Client - CentOS 7 Server
Unable to reproduce bug in:
6.3.4
Earliest version tested
6.3.4 - animated panel trim in is also not correct in this version, but here the total duration of the animated panel was also wrong
