ID 462730 - Tool handles are greyed out after a Driven Action has been created.

Problem summary
When a driven action is created you can no longer use tools on the mesh items involved in the action.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Modo
2) Download and open the attached scene file.
3) A Driven Action has already been created for testing purposes.
4) Select the mesh item in the scene.
5) Press the W key and notice that the tool handles are grey.
6) In the Channels list also note that all positional and scale related data has been locked and can no longer be edited.

Expected behaviour

The tool handles shouldn't be greyed out.

Actual behaviour

The tool handles are greyed out.
