ID 463019 - [C] Panel Browser: Thumbnails on animated panels always show the first frame regardless of TrimIn setting

Follow

Problem summary
Thumbnails on animated panels will always show the first frame of the source video regardless of the Trim In setting. This is an issue with all animated panels, regardless of where they come from (Avid, manual import, etc).

Steps to reproduce
1) Import a mov in a Flix Sequence Revision and save.

2) Make sure the panel just created from the mov is selected, and open the Properties (choose a .mov where it's easy to tell roughly which section of the video should appear when changing the Trim In).

3) Change the Trim Animation property, so that the panel only shows the source video from halfway.

Expected outcome
The thumbnail in Flix should represent the start point set by the Trim In value in Flix.

Actual outcome
The thumbnail will remain showing the first frame of the imported mov.
