Problem summary
Cancelling a Replace Icon with Image File... results in a "failed" error and no longer allows you to use the preset.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and create a simple cube.
2) Right-click the cube and select Presets > Save...
3) Select the location of your choice and then close Modo.
4) Re-open Modo and open the Preset Browser.
5) Right-click the previously saved preset and select Replace Icon with Image File...
6) In the window that appears select Cancel and the following error will appear:

7) Select OK and then try and import the preset. A 'Not Found' error will appear and the preset won't be imported:

Expected behaviour
No errors should occur and you should be able to continue using the preset.
Actual behaviour
Multiple errors occur when canceling the icon change and attempting to import the preset.
Workaround
If you close and re-open Modo the preset should once again be usable.
