Problem summary
Closed Nuke application remains with processes labeled <defunct> on Linux.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open a terminal and execute: ps aux | grep -i nuke
2) Open another terminal and run Nuke
3) In your first terminal, re-run: ps aux | grep -i nuke
>> It should now also list the running instance of Nuke.
4) In Nuke, click File > New
5) In your first terminal, re-run: ps aux | grep -i nuke
>> Should see two instances of Nuke.
6) Close the newly opened instance of Nuke with the 'X' in the top right
7) In your first terminal, re-run: ps aux | grep -i nuke
Expected behavior
All Nuke processes should be closed/exit.
Actual behavior
Closed Nuke processes remain open with <defunct> information.
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
