Problem summary
Taking multiple actions in the Flix PS plugin in rapid succession, therefore sending sets of panels to Flix before the first has been processed will often result in panels out of order, and sometimes also result in unresponsive UI.

Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.5
Customer reported platform
Windows10
Steps to reproduce
Note: A single server setup will reproduce this more consistently, but the issue does appear in multi-server setups as well.
Simplified steps:
1) In Photoshop, create 5 layer comps.
2) Make sure to have a sequence revision open in Flix, and double click the Each Layer Comp action.
OR
More likely production workflow steps:
1) In Photoshop, create 100 layer comps.
2) Select the first 50 and click on Selected Layer Comp action.
3) As soon as those 50 have been processed by Photoshop, select the remaining 50 and use Selected Layer Comp again.
Expected behaviour
For the first set of repro steps: the second click should not be taken into consideration, as the Photoshop should already be working to compiling the panels triggered by the first click.
For the second set of repro steps: there should be some sort of queuing system which can allow Flix to finish the first 50 panels, and then move onto the second set - or something similar to allow panels to be in the appropriate order.
Actual behaviour
Panels in Flix are out of order.
