Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and create a simple plane on the workplane.
2) Alt + Left-click the Work Plane option and select Offset Work Plane, set it to Z and enter 50m. Notice that the work plane is offset by 50m.

3) Create another plane at this offset, then select Offset Work Plane again, set it to Z and enter 90m. Notice that the work plane is brought back to the initial position.

4) Alt + Left-click the work plane option again and select Edit Work Plane, notice that the Center Z position should be 140 but it's appearing at the origin. 

Expected behaviour
The Center Z position should be 140m in the viewport.

Actual behaviour
It's displaying at the origin.

Workaround
Unknown.
