Problem summary
Timewarp effect on clips from Avid causes Flix to give the wrong duration to the panel and fill the remaining duration of the clip with a gap. For example if Timewarp is used to make the clip 80% of the speed, Flix will take that as the clip having to be 80% of its duration, and will add a gap after it which is the remainder 20% in duration.
Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.6
Customer reported platform
windows10
Steps to reproduce
1) Have a two panel sequence revision in Flix, and publish it to Avid. This can be done both with still panels and with animated ones, but using animated panels will better show the issue.
2) In Avid, make the first clip 10 frames long (this isn't necessary but will better highlight the issue), then add a Timewarp effect which slows the clip by 80%.

3) Publish this back to Flix.

Expected behaviour
The panel should last for 10 frames, and should be slowed down.
Actual behaviour
The panel is slowed down correctly, however it is only 8 frames long (80% of the 10 frames it should be) and is followed by a 2 frames gap.
