ID 471390 - Update the appendices in the current NDK documentation

Problem summary
Currently the documentation related to the appendices within the current release of the NDK, covers processes that are deprecated.

The documentation refers to plugin compatibility between Nuke 10 and Nuke 11 and not relevant to Nuke 13 release.
