ID 467420 - From Avid: Sequence revision created from the AAF plays audio clip from the start rather than from Mark In point

Follow

Problem summary
Flix plays audio taken from the AAF from the start rather than use the Mark In point that was set for it in Avid. The bug also occurs when a larger timeline is sectioned into multiple smaller parts before it's sent to Flix.

Customer reported version
Flix 6.3.6

Steps to reproduce

1) Publish a short (5-10 panels) sequence revision to Avid.

2) Import an audio file to Avid.

3) Add a Mark In point to the audio - make sure this point is audibly different compared to the start - and a Mark Out.

4) Add an audio track to the sequence and add the audio file section to it.

5) Publish this back into Flix and once it's done, playback the sequence revision.

Expected behaviour
Audio should start at the Mark In point set in Avid.

Actual behaviour
Audio starts from the beginning of the source media.
