Edge Chamfer causes broken polygon.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Modo and open the customer provided .lxo.
2) Select indented edges as shown in attached .mp4 and choose the Edge Chamfer tool.
3) Open Tool Properties, then select Edge End and set it to Triangle Fan.
4) Manipulate the edge with the Edge Chamfer tool.
5) Observe triangular polygons at the ends of the edges are missing.
Expected behaviour
Edge Chamfer tool should manipulate the edge with all polygons intact.
Actual behaviour
Tool causes broken polygons at ends of the selected edges.
Workaround
Unknown.
