Problem summary
Moving a TimeWarp, which is applied to a clip, above other soft effects disables the soft effects below it.
Customer reported version
Nuke 12.2v4
Customer reported platform
n_a_linux
Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio.
2) Import a clip (File > Import File(s)...) and drag it onto the Timeline.
3) Trim the clip down.
4) Add a TimeWarp soft effect to the clip.
5) On the clip's final frame increase the input frame knob value (ie. slow the footage down)
6) Add a Mirror soft effect, and check the flip and/or flop knobs.
7) Select the TimeWarp soft effect, and drag it above the Mirror soft effect.
8) Scrub through the timeline and notice that the Mirror soft effect does not affect all frames.
NOTE: This issue seems to occur with the TimeWarp soft effect, and ANY other soft effect.
Expected behaviour
Moving the TimeWarp above other soft effects should not disable the soft effects below it.
Actual behaviour
Moving a TimeWarp, which is applied to a clip, above other soft effects disables the soft effects below it.
