Steps to reproduce

1) Create a cube mesh.
2) Select the cube mesh and enable Snapping with Pivot selected.
3) Enable the work plane tool and try to snap the Work Plane tool into the select items pivot point. Notice that it doesn't snap. 

Expected behaviour
The Work Plane tool should snap to the selected items pivot.

Actual behaviour
The Work Plane tool doesn't snap to the selected items pivot.

Unknown.
