Problem summary
Edits that don't make a difference to the image (like a cut) prevent the cache from being restored.

Customer reported version
nuke.12.2v2

Customer reported platform
Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

1) In Nuke Studio, import footage and add it to the Timeline to create a Sequence.

2) Select the Razor tool and perform cuts on the clip.

3) Cache the sequence timeline.

4) Exit Nuke Studio without saving the project.

5) Reload the project and view the timeline disk cache.

Expected behavior
The Timeline disc cache should be available for non-saved edits.

Actual behavior
The cache does not become restored when loading a previous saved project with caching.

Workaround
Adding the exact same edits to the timeline allows the timeline disk cache to display active again.
