Blinkscript performs slower when using the GPU to cache playback.
Customer reported version
Nuke 12.2v6
Customer reported platform
CentOS 7
Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, load the attached script.
2) Double click the BlinkScript node to bring up it's control panel. Under the Kernel Parameters tab, ensure that Use GPU if available is enabled.
3) Attach the BlinkScript node to the Viewer.
4) Click play on the timeline and observe the fps that is achieved over a number of frames.
5) Stop the playback in the Viewer and uncheck the Use GPU if available knob on the BlinkScript node.
6) Start playback again and observe the fps that is achieved over a number of frames.
RESULT: Disabling the Use GPU if available knob appears to result in better performance.
Expected behaviour
The Blinkscript should have an increased performance when rendering with the GPU.
Actual behaviour
The Blinkscript caching is slower when enabling the use GPU if available knob and playing back in the Viewer.
