Problem summary
Autoplace in Vertical NodeGraph mode aligns nodes horizontally

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the Preferences (Edit > Preferences)
2) In the 'Node Graph' tab, change the 'Default Port Display' to 'No Ports List (Vertical)'
3) Open any project
4) Create some nodes and position them so they are misaligned
5) Select the nodes and Autoplace them by pressing [L] or right-clicking and selecting 'Autoplace'
Expected behaviour
The nodes should be aligned vertically
Actual behaviour
The nodes become aligned horizontally
