Flix can not reload to start using a new license

Steps to reproduce
1) Start Flix
2) Install a new license on the license server Flix is using
3) Check which license Flix uses
Expected behaviour
Flix should pick up the new license right away or there should be a way to reload/force Flix to check its license status without stopping the flix_server
Actual behaviour
It takes a while before Flix would start using a new license. This can force studios to have to restart the flix_server. This is specifically a problem for small studios with a single Flix server as this will cause all users to have to stop using Flix.
Workaround
Restart the flix_server during off-hours when the server is not being used. If there is more than one Flix server available, restart one server at a time to avoid downtime.
