ID 471335 - PSD Breakout Layers do not work

Problem summary
PSD Breakout Layers no longer work. When you click the Breakout Layers button (when reading in a .psd file) only an empty Backdrop node is created in the Node Graph.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke.

2) Create a Read node and read in a .psd file, which contains multiple layers.

3) On the Read node, press the Breakout Layers button.

Expected behaviour
When you click the Breakout Layers button, Nuke should automatically separate the individual PSD layers. For example:



Actual behaviour
When you click the Breakout Layers button, when reading in a .psd file, only an empty Backdrop node is created in the Node Graph.
