Problem summary
The Shader Model setting in the Material Ingest Tool is not locked if a template is preselected

Steps to reproduce
1) Open any project
2) Open the Material Ingest Tool (Tools > Material Ingest Tool)
3) Select one of the default Material templates (There are no default Material templates included in Mari 4.6v1 so a template will need to be imported)
4) Close the Material Ingest Tool dialog and then reopen it
Expected behaviour
The Shader Model parameter should be locked to the same Shader as the selected template.
Actual behaviour
The Shader Model parameter is unlocked, but has no effect as the Materials ingested will be configured for the same Shader as the selected template.
