Problem summary
Revert command changes simulation start position for recently saved scene.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Modo and load customer provided scene.
2) Select edge selection tool and choose the first three edges at top of spiral.
3) Go Setup Layout and choose Select by Index (2) node.
4) In Properties click on Set.
5) Start point for simulation should now be set to selected edges.
6) Go to File > Save.
7) Go to File > Revert.
8) Observer that the replicator simulation start point changes to random location despite no changes occurring to the scene.
Expected behaviour
Clicking Revert should cause nothing to happen given no changes to the scene have occurred since the save.
Actual behaviour
Revert gives notification box that no changes have occurred since last save, but once clicking on OK the start point changes to random location.
Workaround
Unknown.
