Problem summary
The viewerPickable parameter for a primitive does not affect whether an object remains pickable in the Hydra Viewer, as it does in the Legacy Viewer.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a PrimitiveCreate node, and then view it.
3) Fully expand the scene graph.
4) Select (pick) the object in the Hydra Viewer and then deselect it.
5) Change the viewerPickable parameter for the PrimitiveCreate node to No.
6) Attempt to select (pick) the object again in the Hydra Viewer.
Expected behaviour
The primitive object should not be pickable while the viewerPickable parameter is set to No.
Actual behaviour
The object is pickable.
