Minimizing the OUTPUT panel in a NMC/E context, even when empty, causes an increase in CPU utilization.

Steps to reproduce

1) Create a NetworkMaterialCreate node and jump inside

2) Minimize the OUTPUT panel

Expected behaviour
CPU utilization does not increase

Actual behaviour
CPU utilization increases

Katana 3.6v4 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
