Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Mari using the 'Run as Administrator' option

2) Open any project

3) Drag and drop an image file from Windows Explorer into the Image Manager

Expected behaviour
The image file should be imported into the Image Manager

Actual behaviour
The cursor switches to the 'unavailable' icon and the image is not imported after releasing the mouse button
