Follow

Problem summary
The Sync Review connection progress bar is unreliable.

When a Client is connecting to the session, the progress bar (which appears on the Host's session) sits at 0% then disappears once the Client has connected.

Customer reported version

Customer reported platform

Linux

Steps to reproduce

1) Open 2 separate Nuke Studio sessions.

2) In one of the sessions, open a .hrox project file. This will be the Host session.

3) In the Host session, change the Workspace to "Sync Session" (Workspace > Sync Session). Press the Host button and, in the dialog that appears, press Start.

4) In the other (Client) session, also change the Workspace to "Sync Session". Press the Connect button and, in the dialog that appears, set the Host field to localhost then press Connect.

5) Observe the progress bar, which is displayed in the Host session.

Expected behaviour
When a Client is connecting to the session, the progress bar (which appears on the Host's session) should accurately report the progress to the user.

Actual behaviour
When a Client is connecting to the session, the progress bar (which appears on the Host's session) sits at 0% then disappears once the Client has connected.

Workaround
Unknown.
