Problem summary
Deselecting Stop at Edge causes broken polygons with Edge Chamfer tool.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Modo.
2) Load customer provided scene.
3) Select group of edges as shown in customer screen recording.
4. Pick up the Edge Chamfer tool and in the tool properties deselect Stop at Edge.
5. Manipulate the Edge Chamfer tool and note that the polygons will break apart at a certain point.
Expected behaviour
Tool should continue to function with breaking the mesh.
Actual behaviour
Mesh polygons break after chamfer is manipulated too far.

Unknown.
