Problem summary
When using Edge Chamfer on corners, mitering creates two vertices where the edges of the corner meet

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo
2) Create a Sphere
3) Select and L shape of edges, like below:

4) Edge>Edge Chamfer and just increase the Mitering Offset:

5) Press Tab, you'll see that two vertices now exist in the corner rather than one
Expected behaviourFor only one vertice to be in the corner:

Actual behaviourA duplicate vert is created when mitering
