Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio/Hiero and import any footage

2) Add the footage to the timeline and disable the video track

3) Create a new Video Track, and add any soft effect to it, like a Transform

4) Create a new Video track, and add the footage to it:

5) Right click the sequence> Export.. and use the default Log10 Cineon DPX preset, making sure all tracks is enable for the export

6) Press Export, it will now fail to export. Checking the log its says:

Task 'TranscodeExporter' reported errors:

Error starting transcode

'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getJumpName'

Expected behaviour
For the error message to explain why the sequence failed to export
Or to be able to export all tracks when the bottom most track is a soft effect track

Actual behaviour
The export fails with the error message: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getJumpName'
