Problem summary
Importing files to Flix that total 900Mb or more will consistently hang for 55 minutes and then fail when connected to the VPN.

Steps to reproduce
1) Connect to the VPN to successfully open connection to the Flix Server.
2) Import 3 panels that total 900Mb or more.
Expected behaviour
Panels should import within a time roughly consistent with the client's internet upload speed.
Actual behaviour
The import will be stuck for roughly 55 minutes.

The server delegated with the import will continuously report "heavy traffic" throughout this time.
After 55 minutes roughly, the Client finally gives an error.

- Worked 3/3 times
Import of 3 PSDs totalling 733Mb while connected to VPN:
- Worked the first time
- Froze on the two attempts that followed
Import of 3 PSDs totalling 900Mb while connected to VPN:
- Failed 3/3 times
Import of 3 PSDs totalling 900Mb on local network:
- Worked 3/3 times
Import of 4 PSDs totalling 976Mb on AWS Server in US West, from EU West, no VPN connected:
- Worked 3/3 times
