Dynamic tab in mesh properties does not immediately appear after adding a dynamic.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo.

2) Create mesh primitive.

3) Go to Setup > Dynamic tab

4) Select dynamic for the mesh, such as Soft Body.

5) Dynamic tab in mesh properties does not appear.

6) Click on a different item in the Item List and then click back on the mesh.

7) Dynamic tab now appears.

​

Expected behaviour
Dynamic tab should be immediately become available after a dynamic is chosen for the mesh.

Actual behaviour
Dynamic tab does not update until another item is selected and the the mesh is once again selected.

Modo 15.0v1 - Windows 10
Modo 14.2v2 - Windows 10
Modo 14.2v1 - Windows 10 - Regression
