Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and go to the Setup layout.
2) Right-click inside of the Schematic Viewport and select Add Comment.
3) Edit the comment and go down to a fresh line. 
4) Type "A I U E O" keys and press Space to covert using the Microsoft IME, notice that the conversation works as expected.
5) Type "A I U E O" keys again and press Space to convert it using the Microsoft IME, notice that the converted text is unreadable.

The converted text should be readable.
Actual behaviour
The converted text is unreadable.
