Steps to reproduce

1) In Nuke, create the Tracker node.

2) Track one point, then select point and press viewport stabilization button (center_viewer).

3) Press play on the timeline.

4) With the timeline playhead moving, click and hold the left mouse button while hovering over the Viewport.

Expected behavior
The center_viewer stabilization should move with the track while viewing it.

Actual behavior
The Viewer does not stabilize or move with the tracked point.

Workaround
Click and hold the left mouse button while over the Viewer for it to stabilize correctly.

Nuke 13.0v1 - Windows 10, macOS 10.14

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 12.2v6 - Windows 10, macOS 10.14
