ID 475189 - User stuck at login when using more than 2 Flix servers on TLS

Problem summary

Authentication stalls when using more than two Flix servers using TLS following high load from users. This causes all logins to stop working.

Steps to reproduce

Note: The bug can be reproduced following various scenarios, below is the most consistent way to reproduce it

1) start 4 servers with tls on

2) import 10 panels

3) duplicate the panels to have 300-400 panels

4) select all and duplicate them again

Expected behaviour

User can continue to use Flix without any errors

Actual behaviour

The user is forcibly logged out and can't log back in

Reproduced by engineering
