ID 484232 - Nuke Studio crashes on the Client machine when connecting to Sync Review Host

Follow

Problem summary
When connecting to a Sync Review session, the Client's Nuke Studio instance may crash. The issue seems to happen more frequently with larger Nuke Studio projects.

Customer reported version
N/A

Customer reported platform

CentOS 7

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio.

2) Open a project. An example project that has reproduced the issue is attached.

3) Go to Workspace and select Sync Session.

4) Press Host to start the Sync Session. The options can be left at the default values.

5) On the same machine, open a second Nuke Studio session.

6) Change the Workspace to Sync Session here as well.

7) Click Connect.

8) In the dialog that appears, type localhost into the Host field then press Connect.

The Client session may crash soon after pressing Connect.
It may also fail to connect to the Host, however, crashes can then occur after pressing the Reconnect button (in the dialog box that appears).

Expected behaviour
The Client's session should sync with the Host and Nuke Studio should not crash.

Actual behaviour
The Client Nuke Studio session may crash when trying to connect to the Host.

Workaround
Unknown.
