The movReader/movWriter NDK example plugins do not build/compile

Steps to reproduce

1) Find the example plugins in <nukeInstall>/Documentation/NDKExamples/examples/mov

2) Try to build them

Expected behaviour
For the plugins to build

Actual behaviour
They they to build as they include "codecCommon.h" which is not shipped with the example plugins.

Workaround
Unknown.
