Roto with not visible roto shapes or no roto shapes has a full format resolution bounding box

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, create a Roto node and draw a shape with the bezier tool.
2) Disable the shape for a specific amount of frames.
3) Playback the timeline for the specific frames, and view the performance while rendering in the Viewer.

Expected behavior
The bounding box of the disabled roto shape should not affect the Viewer rendering.

Actual behavior
The disabled roto shape has a full format resolution bounding box that affects performance.

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
