Problem summary Adding a new entry to the Path Substitutions table will sometimes add two new rows

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke in safe mode. This is just to ensure that the Path Substitutions table has no entries.
2) Navigate to Edit > Preferences > General
3) Single click the + (plus) button under the Path Substitutions table:
4) If the issue does not occur at first, press the - (minus) button to delete the current row and press the + (plus) button again. Repeat this until the issue occurs.
Expected behaviour Pressing the + button, to add a new entry to the Path Substitutions table, should only ever add a single new row.
Actual behaviour Pressing the + button, to add a new entry to the Path Substitutions table, sometimes adds two new row.
Workaround Unknown.
