Steps to reproduce


1) Open Nuke in safe mode. This is just to ensure that the Path Substitutions table has no entries.

2) Navigate to Edit > Preferences > General

3) Single click the + (plus) button under the Path Substitutions table:



4) If the issue does not occur at first, press the - (minus) button to delete the current row and press the + (plus) button again. Repeat this until the issue occurs.



Expected behaviour
Pressing the + button, to add a new entry to the Path Substitutions table, should only ever add a single new row.

Actual behaviour
Pressing the + button, to add a new entry to the Path Substitutions table, sometimes adds two new row.

Workaround
Unknown.
