Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Mari

2) Switch to another app and try and do something else while you wait

3) Mari steals focus several times

4) Begin loading a project and repeat

Expected behaviour:
Mari should be able to launch and open scenes in the background, so that the user can multi-task.

Actual behaviour:
Focus is stolen from other applications.
