The timecode is incorrect when viewing the metadata of an ARRI RAW .mxf file during playback.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, read in an ARRI RAW .mxf file.
2) Add a Text node with the following message:

frame [frame]
TC: [metadata input/timecode]
3) Begin playback of the .mxf file and review the timecode.
4) Skip ahead on the timeline a few frames, then back a few times.

Expected behavior
The timecode of the .mxf file should remain accurate and display the correct time.

Actual behavior
The timecode becomes offset and incorrect when playing back .mxf files.

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.

Earliest version tested
Nuke 11.1v3 - This issue appears to be in all versions of the product (ARRI RAW supported as of 11.1v3 - BUG ID 197704)
