Running attr.popNumeric without arguments and hitting OK in the dialog will cause Modo to crash.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo.

2) Enter attr.popNumeric into command interface and press enter.

3) In pop-up window just click on OK without entering .

4) Observe that Modo will crash.

Expected behaviour
Modo should remain running and possibly provide an error message.

Actual behaviour
Modo crashes without error.

Unknown.

Unable to reproduce bug in:
13.0v1 - Windows 10 - No crash, error appears stating Unknown Command.
12.2v2 - Windows 10 - No crash, error appears stating Unknown Command.
