Problem summary
Hiero does not retain custom burn-in additions when the soft effect is razored or the project is saved and reloaded.

Customer reported version
hiero.13.0v4

Customer reported platform
10.15

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke Studio, import footage and place it on the Timeline.
2) Right-click the clip on the Timeline and select Tags > Tag Shot Selection > Any tag, then add a note.
3) Right-click the clip and add Effect > Burn-In
4) Open the Burn-In properties and change a burnin text for: hiero/tags/[tagname]/note, where [tagname] is the name of the chosen tag.
5) Save the project, close then re-open it and observe the burnin text or use the Razor tool to cut the clip and view the cuts.

Expected behavior
The Burn-In knobs should retain the custom tag text.

Actual behavior
The custom burn-in knob name is not saved when reloading the project or transferred to the new soft effect properties when cut with the Razor tool.

Workaround
Use a Text soft effect with the expression: [metadata hiero/tags/review_label/note]
